The grace period is determined by the state wherein you executed your retail installment sales contract. The grace period only determines the number of days before a late fee is assessed. Your payment is still due on or before the due date. Failure to remit your payment on or before your due date will result in a past due account status. You may call (801) 312-0700 for more information.
The amount of the late fee and timing of when it will be assessed depends on the state wherein you executed your retail installment sales contract. Please call (801) 312-0700 for specific information regarding late fees.

For Simple Interest Contracts, PAC computes daily interest (e.g. per diem) as follows:

(Principle Balance x Contract Interest Rate “APR”) / 365 = Daily Interest

Example: ($10,000 x 18%) / 365 = $4.93. This is the daily interest amount, or the per diem.

As a loan origination company, PAC does not currently offer refinancing options. Customers are encouraged to make payments on time for a minimum of 12 months to build their ‘auto credit’. Once you’ve built or re-stablished your credit, you may consider applying to refinance with another financial institution, such as a bank or credit union.
Yes. To qualify for a due date change, your account must be in good standing and the first payment must be paid. Additionally, the new due date must be within the same billing cycle (with 14 days of the current due date).

This depends on how you make your final payment. If paid off with cash or certified funds (cashiers/official check from bank) you will receive your title immediately. If paid by any other means, PAC will hold the title for 10-30 days to ensure receipt of funds. Your title will then be sent by US mail to the to the address we have on file, unless otherwise specified by Payoff Authorization.
If your vehicle sustains physical damage in an accident, you should file a claim with the appropriate insurance provider immediately. After you’ve filed a claim, call PAC at (801) 312-0744 so we may assist you with further information that the insurance company will need to process your claim.
If you change your auto insurance carrier or any of your policy information, please call us at (801) 312-0744 as soon as possible. It is important to provide PAC with any new or different insurance information when a change is made to ensure our records are accurate and up to date.
