  3. GO TO a PayNearMe location and use the PayNearMe barcode sent to your smartphone. All you will need is your PAC account number, zip code, and an email or phone number where your barcode can be sent to you. If you have this information available, click here to obtain your PayNearMe barcode. PayNearMe locations are at all 7-11 convenience stores and Ace Cash Express stores.     GO TO a MoneyGram location and use our Express Payment code: 2711. All you will need is your name, address, and PAC account number.
